Situated in an executive part of the village, Mallards 6 features a generous wraparound deck, stunning landscaped views that include a pond teeming with wildlife, and the added bonus of a large side patio area.  

Upon entering the lodge, you’ll immediately appreciate the open-plan layout, which feels bright and airy thanks to the abundance of windows that allow natural light to flood in. The kitchen is a dream, featuring sleek, handleless high-gloss units with soft-close hinges and ample countertop space, including a convenient breakfast bar. It comes fully equipped with top-of-the-line integrated appliances, including a Neff induction hob with an extractor, a Neff hide-and-slide oven, a Neff microwave, a dishwasher, and a corner cupboard with pull-out storage. Additionally, there’s a full-sized Samsung fridge-freezer with a water dispenser. The kitchen also includes a storage cupboard housing a washer-dryer, as well as a second cupboard with a cloak rail and shoe shelving. A Velux window above the kitchen ensures that the space remains flooded with light throughout the day. 

Moving up to the dining and lounge area, the stylish dining table comfortably seats six, perfect for gatherings. The spacious lounge area boasts a large sofa, a coffee table, a TV, and double UPVC doors that open onto the expansive decking, offering seamless indoor-outdoor flow — perfect for entertaining during the warmer months. 

The hallway leads to three spacious bedrooms and the main bathroom. The twin bedroom features two single beds, storage space, and a TV. The second bedroom has a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe. The principal bedroom is a luxurious retreat, offering a king-sized bed with an upholstered headboard, fitted mirrored wardrobes, and a TV. The ensuite bathroom is a true sanctuary, featuring dual vanity sinks, a jacuzzi bath with a shower overhead, a WC, a heated towel rail, and Velux windows — offering everything you need for the ultimate relaxation experience. 

The family bathroom is equally impressive, with a large shower, WC, and a vanity sink with ample storage, complemented by a Velux window that lets in even more light. 

Outside, the large deck enjoys plenty of sunshine and overlooks the beautifully landscaped surroundings, including the pond. The added bonus of a large side patio area offers even more outdoor space. Set on a spacious corner plot, the lodge also comes with private parking.
