This beautiful refurbished Tingdene Dolben lodge is set on a generous and well-positioned plot, offering a perfect combination of comfort and space. Recently updated with new flooring throughout, the lodge features a traditional layout that begins with a welcoming entrance hallway, guiding you into the various rooms and living spaces.

Inside, the lodge feels bright and spacious, thanks to the abundance of natural light through the large windows, including attractive bay windows that add character and a homely touch. The lounge is generously sized, furnished with two comfortable sofas, a TV, and a feature fireplace, creating an inviting space to relax. Flowing seamlessly from the lounge is the dining area, where a large table with stylish bench seating comfortably accommodates family and guests. French doors open onto an east-facing Juliette balcony, the perfect spot to enjoy the morning sun with a cup of coffee.

The kitchen is both practical and appealing, with a range of cream wall and base units complemented by a contrasting worktop. A long breakfast bar with stools offers a great space for informal dining. Integrated appliances include a full-size fridge, an under-counter freezer, and a Hotpoint oven with a gas hob and extractor fan, making the kitchen fully equipped for everyday use.

The hallway leads to three well-sized bedrooms. The principal bedroom includes a double bed and a built-in wardrobe, while the second and third bedrooms each feature a single-over-double bunk bed and built-in storage, allowing the lodge to comfortably sleep up to eight people. The family bathroom is equipped with a full-size bath and shower over, a WC, and a sink set in a vanity unit, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Outside, the lodge enjoys excellent outdoor space, with decking running along the side that captures the sun throughout the day. To the rear, a large paved patio overlooks well-maintained lawns and a peaceful pond, making it ideal for dining and entertaining. The plot also benefits from ample private parking.
