Step inside to a bright and welcoming living area, complete with a convenient cloak space and bench to the right, leading seamlessly into the kitchen. The open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area is airy and versatile, making it ideal for both family time and entertaining guests. The kitchen features contemporary shaker-style cabinets, complemented by integrated appliances including a slimline dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, fridge freezer, gas hob with extractor, oven, and grill. The dining space comfortably accommodates four to six people, perfect for meals with family or friends.

The lounge is inviting and light-filled, furnished with a sofa which is also a sofa bed for extra guests, two armchairs, a matching footstool, a coffee table, a modern electric fire, and a TV point. Patio doors open onto a south-facing Juliette balcony, bringing the outdoors in.
