The Langton has a pleasing home-from-home layout with a lounge that is separate from the kitchen, the two areas are divided by white sliding doors with frosted glass inserts. Enjoy relaxing in the lounge in front of the white fireplace which houses a glowing log-effect electric fire. The kitchen diner is well-designed, practical and appealing, there’s an L–shaped configuration of units, kitchen island and separate freestanding dining table & chairs. The integrated appliances provide all you need to cook up enjoyable meals.
The master en-suite bedroom is spacious and luxurious, with shelves above the dressing table, a large wardrobe and bedside cabinets together provide plenty of storage space. The second bedroom has twin beds with a good–sized wardrobe and a suite of cabinets and shelves above the beds.
The Langton is available now with the deck included, parking space and is positioned in a prime position, not far from the facilities but in a quite cul-de-sac backing onto the golf course
