Upon entering, you are welcomed into a spacious and stylish open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The modern kitchen is beautifully finished with sleek, handleless wall and base units and includes an integrated microwave, Bosch oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washer dryer. A five-ring gas hob with extractor sits alongside a breakfast bar with three contemporary bar stools, perfect for relaxed dining. Both the kitchen and lounge have been upgraded with new floor coverings.
The lounge is generous and inviting, furnished with two new reclining sofas and an additional armchair. A feature fire, wall-mounted TV and air-conditioning unit create a comfortable space for year-round enjoyment.
