The Tingdene Savannah lodge offers a beautifully designed open plan layout, creating a spacious and welcoming environment for the whole family to relax and enjoy. The lounge features vaulted ceilings, three comfortable armchairs, and a stylish media wall with built in wooden shelving and a mounted TV, adding a contemporary touch to the space. Bifold doors open onto a generous decking area surrounded by greenery, providing a private and tranquil spot for unwinding or entertaining. The glass balustrades add a sleek, modern finish, while the grey accents throughout the interior contrast elegantly with the light wooden flooring and grey kitchen units.
The kitchen is fitted with high-gloss grey wall and base units and includes integrated appliances such as a full-size fridge freezer, gas hob, oven with extractor fan, and a dishwasher. A built-in dining table doubles as additional worktop space, making the kitchen both stylish and practical.
The hallway includes a designated cloak area with a bench and hooks, ideal for coats and shoes. The principal bedroom features a cosy double bed with an upholstered headboard that complements the décor, along with a wall-mounted radiator for added comfort during cooler months. The second bedroom is currently set up as a dressing room with ample wardrobe space but can easily be converted back into a bedroom if needed.
