Clean and safe spaces

Your safety is at the heart of everything we do at Ribby Hall Village. We have been working hard behind the scenes over the last few months to adapt our facilities so that when our gates reopen, we can provide you and your family with as safe and enjoyable a holiday experience as possible.

What's new?

We have introduced the following measures to ensure the safety of you and your family:

✔ We have strict hygiene routines across The Village; in addition to the regular and thorough cleans we carry out every day, we have also enhanced cleaning of any areas that see a higher footfall.
✔ We’ve introduced social distancing measures around The Village. The new measures include:
    - All facilities operating at a lower capacity to ensure that there are fewer guests to enable effective social distancing
    - Floor markings in location’s where there is likely to be a queue to help you to maintain safe distances
✔ Protective safety screens have been added to all till points and reception desks across The Village
✔ Hand sanitisers have been placed around The Village for customers and colleagues to use, as well as extra cleaning products to wipe down key touch points or frequently touched objects
✔ Information boards with our Safety Guidelines are located around The Village
✔ We are operating a contactless check in service and encourage our guests to pay by card across The Village to reduce cash handling and ensure prompt transactions

★ We use high quality, scientifically tested surface sanitisers.

Our Ask

We ask that when you are on The Village, you strictly adhere to our Village guidelines, remain alert and therefore safe, and are respectful of other guests and social distancing rules.

Do

✔ Enjoy your accommodation and the immediate surrounding area.
✔ Walk freely on the Village observing a two metres social distance at all times.
✔ Bring soap, hand sanitiser, gloves, toilet roll and disinfectant (just to be on the safe side).
✔ Talk to any of our Ribby Hall Village team but always observe a two metres social distance.
✔ Collect food and drink from the Village’s take-away offering, still observing the social distance controls in place.

Please do not

❌ Meet or gather with friends in a social group.
❌ Invite or entertain visitors.
❌ Allow children to roam unsupervised around the Village so that they do not, albeit inadvertently, break the two metres rule.
