We’re a family business with 26 years’ experience of providing safe and fun holidays. We would like to reassure you of our unwavering dedication and we really don’t want you to ever be concerned about being out of pocket should, for whatever reason, you need to cancel your stay. That's why we've introduced our Covid Confidence Guarantee.

What is covered?

Our Covid Confidence Guarantee is automatically applied, free of charge, on any 2021 or 2022 self-catering holiday as well as spa breaks and spa days at The Spa Hotel. This covers you, in relation to Coronavirus (Covid-19) if:

  • You are unsure about travelling
  • You or one of your party is unwell or is in isolation

Need to amend your booking?

If you wish to amend the date of your holiday, spa break or spa day we will make the change subject to availability and free of charge. If you choose a replacement break of a lesser value, we’ll refund you the difference. If your replacement break is of a higher value, we’ll ask you to pay the difference in cost. Whichever option you choose, there’s no amendment fee.

Need to cancel your booking?

We understand that sometimes it’s difficult to commit to a future date and so we’ll gladly refund the price you paid for your holiday, spa break or spa day onto a gift card, with no cancellation fee. All we ask is that you book your next stay within 12 months of being issued with your gift card.

Paying your final holiday balance

For our self-catering holidays, as part of our Covid Confidence Guarantee we've shortened the time between paying your final balance and your holiday to 4 weeks.
