Business and Banqueting Department seeks friendly and energetic Waiting On Team members to ensure service runs smoothly.

A number of opportunities have arisen within the Village for enthusiastic and professional team members to provide an outstanding customer focused waiting on service to Conference, Events & Wedding Clients.

The Business and Banqueting department is an established destination for Conference, Wedding and Events clients. Providing a 5* standard of service with offerings from formal black-tie events through to speciality entertainment such as shows, charity galas and Christmas parties.

Interested in:

Energetic and approachable team members keen to allow their customer service skills to shine in a fast-paced front of house role, providing support to a team who pride themselves on constantly achieving 5* standards.

It is important that you are friendly, helpful and keen to get involved with impeccable standards of hygiene and attention to detail.

Successful candidates will be required to:

  • Assist with setup for conferences, weddings and events
  • Help with the delivery of food service, including carrying and clearing plates
  • Be the first point of call for any guest queries and brief back to the Duty Manager/Supervisor as required
  • Clearly communicate with guests and the Duty Manager/Supervisor regarding any food allergies

Availability:

We are currently recruiting for both permanent and temporary positions.  The temporary positions are to cover the Christmas period, running from 01.11.21-31.12.21.

The normal hours of work are zero per week. Full flexibility to work weekends and evenings is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business.
