The successful candidate should ideally be able to demonstrate team leader expertise in a busy bar/ waiting-on environment; a knowledge which is likely to have been acquired within a similar position in the hospitality industry.
Our ideal Team Leader will be passionate about delivering a consistent level of excellent service and enjoy hosting front of house.
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Take responsibility for managing shifts in the absence of other members of the Management Team
- Assist the Management team with the operational objectives of the business, being mindful of the impact of costs upon the P&L.
- Work within company and department policy to ensure that all H&S and Food Safety standards are achieved, ensuring any faults are raised directly with the Restaurant Manager or the H & S advisor.
- Focus on “service” standards throughout the operation, and in conjunction with the Management team; continue to improve the overall professional standards.
- Communicate effectively with all areas of the overall business in order to facilitate high standards across Ribby Hall Village.
- Ensure that the restaurant operates to its maximum potential

Salary:

Availability:
The position is full time; the normal hours of work are 40 per week. Full flexibility to work weekends and evenings is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business.
