Exciting opportunities have arisen within the village for customer focused Spa Therapists to join the team in our stylish Spa Hotel, helping to ensure that our guests are literally in the best of hands.

Experienced therapists with excellent personal presentation, high attention to detail and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.

The chosen candidates will be working within a large team carrying out a wide range of signature spa and beauty treatments to the highest standards. You will be expected to provide sound professional advice when performing a consultation and making product recommendations, achieve agreed personal retail targets set by The Spa and Duty Managers, control stock usage and consumables, and comply with our high standards of health, hygiene and safety. 

Our Therapists report daily to the Spa Management team to work in line with their standards of practice. Personal performance and retail are rewarded accordingly.

The main duties of the role will be:

  • Delivering outstanding Elemis, Neom, ishga and Jessica treatment standards within the Spa.
  • Ensure that the treatment environment and treatment rooms are maintained to a consistently high standard, implementing deep cleans as required.
  • Ensure all retail areas are well stocked and presented.
  • Ensuring that Ribby Hall Village core policies and procedures are followed.
  • Working with the whole spa team to deliver a customer focused approach ensuring guests receive the best experience.
  • Expectation to keep current skill set and a passion for continuous learning and development in the role is required.

The role will also include support to the Spa Hotel to ensure all staff and guests are Covid 19 safe:

  • Sanitisation and cleaning of touch points across the Spa area
  • Directing guests through the building in line with our controlled system
  • Communication of the safety procedures we have in place
  • Monitoring social distancing and encouraging flow through the building

Our perfect match will possess the following essential attributes:

  • Qualifications to at least NVQ Level 3 in Spa Therapy or BTEC National Diploma standard.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Innovative and forward thinking.
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
  • Good knowledge of product houses.
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent personal presentation.
  • Excellent aftercare advice/upsells following treatments.


£9.40 per hour plus 15% commission on income generated by you from the sale of any retail products.

We have full and part time positions available.  Full flexibility to work evenings and weekends to cover an operation which is open from 9.00am through to 8.30pm seven days a week is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business.
