An exciting opportunity has arisen for customer focused Supervisor wishing to be a part of our fantastic team in our NEW family-friendly Italian Restaurant, Terrazza.

Guests will be able to enjoy a thoughtful selection of artisanal, rustic pizzas, fresh pasta dishes, Italian small plates and delectable desserts. There will also be an extensive children’s menu and fantastic offers throughout the week. The bar offers guests a wide choice of drinks, including signature cocktails, Champagnes, and non-alcoholic drinks.

Well organised, self-motivated candidate keen to work in a fast paced environment. The successful candidate will be energetic and approachable Supervisor, keen to allow their customer service skills to shine in a hands-on role.

The successful candidate should ideally be able to demonstrate team leader or supervisory expertise in a busy bar/waiting-on environment; a knowledge which is likely to have been acquired within a similar position in the hospitality Industry.

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Take responsibility for the day to day operation of the Restaurant in the absence of the Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager.
  • Assist the Management team with the operational objectives of the business and ensure tight controls on costs are achieved in line with the P & L.
  • Ensure that all company Health & Safety, and Food Safety objectives and standards are achieved and that any faults are raised directly with the Restaurant Manager or the Health & Safety Manager.
  • Focus on “service” standards throughout the operation, and in conjunction with the Management team; continue to improve the overall professional standards.
  • Communicate effectively with all areas of the overall business in order to facilitate high standards across Ribby Hall Village.
  • Ensure that the Restaurant operates to its maximum potential

Due to licensing laws applicants must be 18 years of age or above.

Availability:

The position available is currently full time; the normal hours of work are 45 per week. Full flexibility to work weekends and evenings is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business.
