Job Description

This is a full-time role with the Sport & Leisure Department. Five days from Monday to Sunday. The role is to head a team of lifeguards who aim to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment within the pool complex whilst providing supervision of the pool, pool users and all other users within the complex in the role of a lifeguard. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate proven experience in the following: - A Leisure Centre preferably in a swimming pool environment - Supervisory skills - Pool Plant duties would be an advantage together with the Pool Plant Operators course - A current RLSS NPLQ qualification, together with First Aid at work - Excellent customer service and communication skills are required together with the ability to work within a team or unsupervised.
