NOW recruiting at Ribby Hall Village

After an extensive recruitment drive earlier this year to search for 80 new employees created by the opening of new Spa Hotel at Ribby Hall Village, and exactly one month after the opening of The new Spa Hotel – today Ribby Hall Village announced that there also a further 37 jobs to be filled within a variety of departments across the company.

Mark Partington, Operations Director says: “we created The Spa Hotel at Ribby Hall Village in response to consumer demand for a new North West luxury spa destination, whilst providing local people who are keen to invest in their personal well-being with a high-end yet affordable day spa facility where they can be assured of superlative customer service.  Although we’d always hoped for an incredible response from our audiences, we really hadn’t assumed or expected such a high volume of enquiries.  This is just one of the reasons as to why we’re again looking for high calibre employees to join our existing five-star team.”

Susan Houseman, HR and Business Development Director says “In addition to the new Spa Hotel, positions are currently available within the following departments across The Village including: Short Breaks & Holidays, the Sport and Leisure complex, The Bistro, The Restaurant, and Business and banqueting.  Despite the economy slowing across the country and recent reports from Manpower that net employment outlook (hiring intentions) are expected to be down by 2% for the northwest of England, as a company we do appear to be bucking the trend.  We are confident that these opportunities will provide local people with fulfilling jobs and careers.”

Both full and part time roles include:  reservations assistants; waiting on staff; kitchen porters; bar staff; commis chefs; treatment room receptionists; beauty therapists; maintenance operatives; cleaners; lifeguards; gym instructors; Papa John’s customer service operatives; Starbucks baristas and more.
