Already rated a five-star holiday by Visit Britain Ribby Hall Village this week scooped three national awards for excellence and service across the business. Awards including ‘Best in the North,’ ‘Holiday Village of the Year’ and ‘Marketing Club of the Year’ were all collected earlier this week at two different award ceremonies in Dundee and Manchester.
UK based short breaks and holidays company Hoseasons awarded Ribby Hall Village with the ‘Best in the North of England’ award for exceptional quality and outstanding customer service at their annual gala awards dinner. The award which was voted for by Hoseasons customers is a highly regarded accolade, “The Hoseasons Group is the largest self catering holiday company in the UK, so winning one of these awards means Ribby Hall Village is one of the UK’s most popular and successful holiday locations,” said Geoff Cowley, Managing Director of the Hoseasons Group.
The award comes as Ribby Hall Village celebrates the end of its 15th successful year in business and Chairman and Managing Director, Paul Harrison is thrilled at receiving such an accolade, “We are absolutely delighted to have won the Best in North of England Award. This award recognises the effort and hard work put in by every member of the team, all of whom are responsible for ensuring our customers have a great holiday experience.”
Further to this staff members of Ribby Hall Village attended the Club Mirror Awards at the Palace Hotel in Manchester where they collected two awards for ‘Holiday Village of the Year’ and ‘Marketing Club of the Year’ for their annual Sport and Leisure Marketing Campaign. Ribby Hall Village’s Sport and Leisure department also reached the final for Sport and Fitness Club of the year.
These awards are a great boost as Ribby Hall Village continually strives to show customers that UK holiday villages can offer luxury and five-star facilities along with fantastic family fun experience. 2010 has been an exciting year as development for The new Hotel & Spa is well under way, and 2011 is set to be an even bigger success with the grand opening of The Hotel & Spa in Spring.

Ribby Hall Village, in Wrea Green near Blackpool, has been awarded the ‘Best in North of England’ for exceptional quality and outstanding customer service, in the Fun and Laughter, Lively and Leisurely category at the annual Hoseasons gala awards dinner.

The awards, which were broken down into region and type of holiday experience, were presented to the owners who had independently achieved the highest scores in the Hoseasons customer care surveys. In total there were 16 winners and 30 runners up from across the UK and Channel Islands.
