Our customers are at the heart of everything we do so to ensure your money and plans always stay protected, we offer assurance and flexibility to ensure you'll always be able to cancel or amend your holiday with us.  


AMEND YOUR BOOKING

If you wish to amend the date of your holiday, spa break or spa day we will make the change subject to availability and free of charge. If you choose a replacement break of a lesser value, we’ll refund you the difference onto a gift card. If your replacement break is of a higher value, we’ll ask you to pay the difference in cost. Whichever option you choose, there’s no amendment fee.

CANCEL YOUR BOOKING

We get it - plans change! We also understand that sometimes it’s difficult to commit to a future date and so we'll gladly refund the price you paid for your holiday, spa break or spa day onto a gift card, with no cancellation fee. All we ask is that you book your next stay within 24 months of being issued your gift card.

PAY YOUR BALANCE

For our self-catering holidays, you can pay a £100 deposit and nothing until 8 weeks before your arrival date.

Please note the Booking Guarantee terms supersedes the 'Amending Your Booking' and 'Cancellation' clauses on our Short Breaks & Holidays terms and conditions here for breaks booked on or before 5th June 2022.
