Yes - caravans, lodges, tourers, even cars.
Q: How long can I keep my Holiday Home on The Village?
15 years maximum from year of manufacture for a Static (10 + 5)
20 years maximum for Willerby Hampshire (15 + 5)
30 years from year of manufacture for a Log Cabin (20 + 10)
30 years from year of manufacture for Reiver Lodges (20 + 10)
50 years from year of manufacture for Arcabo (35 + 15)
NOTE: After interim period we assess each Holiday Home individually and providing it is in excellent condition we will grant the additional period as indicated.

Q: Can I live on The Village?
No, this is a non-residential site.
Q: Can I sub-let my Holiday Home?
No, but friends & family can use it providing no income is gained.
Q: How many passes do I receive?
4 Silver for Statics & Luxury Holiday Homes
4 Gold for Lodges & Arcabos
You can purchase additional passes if required.
Q: Are pets allowed on The Village?
Yes, but must be kept on a lead at all times and not cause a nuisance to neighbours.
Q: How much are your site fees for the season?

No, it's up to you as long as you have had your plan approved.

Yes, if you see the Sales Office Team they will contact the relevant person involved.

Yes, various packages 1 – 15 years dependant on purchase.
Q: What about a warranty/guarantee?
Traditional Static Caravans purchased from Ribby Hall Village come with a 1 year parts & labour guarantee. (Structure & white goods) Willerby Hampshire comes with a 3 year structural guarantee and the Luxury Reiver Holiday Homes have a 5 year structural guarantee. Pre-owned Ribby Timber Lodges come with a 1 year warranty parts & labour.
Arcabo Executive Holiday Homes come with a 5 structural guarantee (15 years discoloration on exterior)

1 year manufacturers warranty on white goods.

98.5% Compressed Cedar fibre with 1.5% resin, plus 5 coats of waterbased acrylic for extra protection.

Yes, as long as you have your plan authorised with the Holiday Homes Manager. (H&S regulations)
