Q: Do you take part exchange?
Yes -

Q: How long is the season?
10 1/2 months 1st March to 16th January

Q: Can I live on The Village?
No, this is a non-residential site. You will be asked to give proof of your home address.

Q: Can I sub-let my Holiday Home?
No, but friends & family can use it providing no income is gained.

Q: How many passes do I receive?
4 Silver for Statics & Luxury Holiday Homes (6 if you have a 3 bedroomed caravan)
4 Gold for Lodges (6 if you have a 3 bedroomed Lodge)
You can purchase additional passes if required.

Q: Are pets allowed on The Village?
Yes, but must be kept on a lead at all times and not cause a nuisance to neighbours.

Q: How much are your site fees for the season?
£4,811.12 (incl. VAT) for Static Holiday Home (includes Local Authority Rates and water)
£5,109.64 (incl. VAT) for Double Luxury Homes (includes Local Authority Rates and Water)

Q: Do I have to have Ribby approved decking?
Yes we have an approved decking Company that is allocated to do decking at Ribby Hall Village

the decking comes with a 10 year guarantee.

Q: Can we have Sky fitted?
Yes, if you see the Sales Office Team they will contact the relevant person involved.

Q: Do you do Finance?
Yes, various packages 1 – 15 years dependant on purchase.

Q: What about a warranty/guarantee?

Traditional Static Caravans purchased from Ribby Hall Village come with a 1 year parts & labour guarantee. (Structure & white goods) Willerby Hampshire comes with a 3 year structural guarantee and the Luxury Reiver Holiday Homes have a 5 year structural guarantee. Pre-owned Ribby Timber Lodges come with a 1 year warranty parts & labour.

Executive Holiday Homes come with a 5 structural guarantee (15 years discoloration on exterior)

2 years on windows and doors

1 year manufacturers warranty on white goods.

Yes, but there will be a connection charge, please see the Sales Office Team.
