FAQs

Q: What refreshments are included in the Day Delegate Rate, is it possible to upgrade?
Within the Day Delegate Rate four servings of tea / coffee are served usually on arrival, mid morning, after lunch and mid afternoon, with each break cakes, biscuits, fruit is also available. Lunch is also included with a choice of either a sit down Two Course hot Lunch served in The Restaurant or an Executive Sandwich Lunch that can be eaten whilst networking or taken back to your Conference for a working lunch. Refreshment upgrades are available and are listed on the LINK TO REFRESHMENT page.

Q: What do I do if I require other equipment?
Arrangements can be made for any additional equipment you may require whether it be an extra flipchart or a full stage set.

Q: I'm working to a budget is there a package for me?
We will work closely with you to create a tailor made package whilst working within a budget.

Q: When and how am I expected to pay for the Conference?
Once you have decided to confirm your booking a contract will be sent to you detailing all your room and refreshments, this is then signed and return to us. The week following the conference an invoice will be forwarded to you and payment is expected within 30 days. Payment can be made by BACS, cheque, credit cards etc.

Q: What happens if I need to cancel the Conference?
Cancellation terms are applicable and are carefully detailed on the contract. If you choose to reschedule the conference within a time frame no cancellation charges will be made.

Q: When can I give final numbers?
We generally ask for final numbers at least one week before the conference takes place. Again this is detailed in the Terms and Conditions.

Q: What should I do if I want to look at the Conference facilities?
All you need to do is call the Conference office and arrange for one of our team to show you around.
