Q: Can you provide additional entertainment?
Ribby Hall Village provide a diverse choice of entertainment whatever your requirements, from a cabaret, race nights, casino evening or themed events.
Q: Do you recommend a DJ?
Ribby Hall Village has its own resident DJ, who we highly recommend. The cost is £250 inclusive of vat. We are also happy for you to select your own DJ, further details are available on request.
Q: What time does the bar close?
Last orders are called at 12.30 am for a 1am close. (Mon - Sat). On a Sunday the bar is licensed for 11pm last orders and a 11.30pm close.
Q: Is there an area for photographs?
We have various area in both suites that we specifically use for photographers and have been used by the Lancashire Evening News, The Gazette & Lancashire Life to mention just a few.
Q: Is there anyone available to act as a Master of Ceremonies?
A manager from the event team will act as your MC for the event, we will help organise any announcements you wish us to make on your behalf.
Q: When will you require the final numbers for the event?
The final chargeable no's are required 7 days before the event.
Q: At what stage do we go through all the finer points of the event?
We will invite you back to The Village two months before your function to go through the whole event and will ensure you have a single point of contact to discuss any alterations or queries you may have leading up to the day.
Q: Can you accommodate guests with special dietary requirements?
Ribby Hall Village has an extensive team of accomplished chefs who are happy to accommodate any of your guests with any dietary requirements.
Q: Can I change the menus?
Your menu can be tailored made to your requirements, we would be happy to liase with you to create a menu to suite your event.
Q: How long can we provisionally hold a suite before we pay the deposit?
Two weeks.
Q: Is there a red carpet for VIP events?
Yes we do provide a luxurious red carpet.
Q: Is there a PA System & Microphone available?
Yes we have the above available for your event - please ask about cost.
Q: Does Ribby Hall Village have background music that can play on arrival & with the meal?
Ribby Hall Village can help you organise background music to be played at your request.
Q: Do you decorate the tables?
Ribby Hall Village supply the linen cloth, napkins (in a choice of various colours), the cutlery, crockery & the glass wear.
